Tobelco, Inc.
Tobelco, Inc. ("Company") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information.
Collection and Use of Personal Information
We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:
Responding to customer inquiries and providing consultation (Collected items: Company name, contact information including contact person's name, contact person's job title, email address, or phone number, Legal basis: Consent of the data subject, Collection method: Google Form on our website, email)
Retention Period
We retain personal information for one year after the completion of customer inquiries, after which it is securely destroyed. However, if a contract is concluded with the customer, we retain personal information for the contract period for the purpose of contract fulfillment and customer management. Additional retention is possible with the customer's consent.
Disclosure to Third Parties
We only disclose personal information to third parties with the consent of the data subject or as required by law, in accordance with Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Data Processing by Third Parties
We do not entrust the processing of personal information to external parties.
Data Destruction
We securely destroy personal information without delay when it is no longer needed, such as when the retention period expires or the purpose of processing is achieved.
Electronic files: Permanently deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery.
Paper documents: Shredded or incinerated.
Rights of Data Subjects
Data subjects have the right to:

Request correction of errors.
Request deletion of their personal information.
Request restriction of processing.
Requests can be made in writing, by phone, email, or fax. We will respond without delay.
If a data subject requests correction or deletion of their personal information, we will not use or disclose the information until the correction or deletion is complete.
Requests can be made by a legal representative or an authorized agent. In such cases, a power of attorney must be submitted in accordance with Form No. 11 of the Enforcement Rule of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Data subjects must not infringe on the personal information or privacy of themselves or others in violation of the Personal Information Protection Act or other applicable laws.
Security Measures
We take the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:
Administrative measures: Regular employee training on data protection laws and incident response, implementation of internal management plans.
Technical measures: Access control for personal information processing systems, protection against malware (antivirus software installation and updates), application of the latest security updates for operating systems and software.
Physical measures: Access control for personal information storage devices.
We do not collect unique identification information such as resident registration numbers, passport numbers, driver's license numbers, or alien registration numbers. However, we may apply encryption measures when necessary to protect personal information.
Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
We do not use cookies or other technologies to automatically collect personal information.

We have designated a Data Protection Officer to oversee the handling of personal information and to address complaints and provide remedies related to personal information processing.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy was established on December 1, 2024. In the event of additions, deletions, or modifications due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Company's website notice board at least 7 days prior to its implementation.

Data subjects may apply for dispute resolution or consultation with the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee or the Korea Internet & Security Agency Personal Information Infringement Report Center to seek remedies for personal information infringement.
